TERMS OF SERVICE

Write in a clear and nice manner, I might need to translate what you are saying, so please write it in the most clear way possible.

Provide neat references - If you have a reference image/sheet, it will be highly appreciated if you send it to me. If not, please describe your character in the most clear way possible - DO NOT make a wall of text, this can difficult my understanding. Just write the necessary.

I will contact you to show the commission's progress, I will not charge you before three changes, after that you will have to pay extra.

I will send you the sketches, and after they're approved, I will continue with your commission - I WILL NOT continue your commission until the sketch is approved.

Any offensive/ill type of communication will not be tolerated, and I have the right to decline your commission if so.

DO NOT spam me asking how your commission is going, I will send you the W.I.Ps everytime I do a major change or progress.

The time for your commission to be completed can be up to four days to two weeks, depending on many factors such as: Order of commission, complexity, changes, work and my body/mental health. If any of the statements listed back occurs, you will be notified ASAP.

If you want me to rush your commission, you will have to pay a fee.

Please keep in mind that if you want to commission with me after a long time, check my latest commissions, because the artstyle and price may change.

All the commissions must be paid half of the price upfront. After that, I will start your commission sketch.

The other half will be paid after I finish your commission + regarding changes if it had any other than three.

Payment in USD should be done through PayPal. Please send your e-mail so I can send you the invoice after your request.

Any changes after three changes will be charged by $5.

I can make changes after the commission is complete - A simple change such as small coloring or small edits in the lineart will be charged by $5. Great changes such as changing clothes, expression or anything that I have to redraw will be charged by $15.

If the statement n°4 at the General Terms happens after you paid me, I WILL NOT refund you.

If I do not make your commission in time, I will refund you the half price that is paid at the start.

I will only deliver your commission if you pay the second half after the commission is approved.

I can post it anywhere, including my portfolio and my social media pages, crediting you.

If you do not want to have your commission displayed at my portfolio, or any other social media, please let me know.

If you do not want to be credited, please let me know.

The client may not use it for anything other than personal use. If you want to use for commercial use, you need to pay a fee. $25 for a fullbody, $15 for a halfbody, $10 for each emote in a set and for icons.

You can post it anywhere, but you need to give the proper credits to it, saying this, you must credit it with a link to my social media.

You cannot change my artwork in any way. If you want to, read statement n°6 at Payment Information.

You cannot use my artwork for tracing.

You cannot claim the artwork as your own.

DO NOT remove my signature from the artwork, if it has any. If it's an emote, I won't be signing it, but I will display at my portfolio. If you don't want to have your commission displayed, look at statement n°2.
